mlords is an open-source remake of Medieval Lords, an historical strategy game released by SSI in 1991.
Since I enjoyed the original very much when I used to have an old Pentium-100 notebook, I decided to "port it" to Unix. And since I prefer console applications, I also decided to strip it of its clumsy graphics and make it purely console-based. For start, I intend to keep as close to the original as possible, i.e. no new features and/or game concepts. You might be interested in reading a review of the original game.
